Important Eligibility Information for Vendors

Vendors must have a current Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) Bidder Eligibility Number to be eligible for the award of public contracts.

If you do not currently have a number or your number has expired, you must register.

To register or renew, you must file an Employer Report Form (PC-1) with the IDHR Chicago office:

• Access and complete the Employer Report Form (PC-1) on the IDHR website.
• Contact IDHR by Email at IDHR.PublicContract@illinois.gov or call IDHR at (312) 814-6200.
