Project Description
The Disability, Health, and Social Policy Building (DHSPB) First Floor Renovation & Mechanical Upgrades project includes mechanical and control upgrades for existing AHUs A-G, Demo and replacement of 3 AHUs serving the 1st floor, auditorium, and the lobby/basement. Controls upgrades added for CARRIER AHU in the physical therapy area. Controls upgrades for perimeter reheat and radiant ceiling panel hydronic systems. Upgrade chiller controls.
