Chicago State University has a need for consulting services in our Accounting/Finance Department, and for consulting services in our Office of Internal Audit & Compliance Department for three years with two two-year renewals. All proposers must be able to provide auditing and accounting services. We will select a group of vendors to provide services as required, and each vendor selected must be able to provide all services required, and present a plan to perform the requested services. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 2:30pm in the Cook Adm Bldg, Rm 317. No one will be allowed entry after 2:45pm. If you do not attend the mandatory pre-conference, your responses will be deemed non-responsive and will not be further considered.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
