The University awarded a contract for Stroke Education and Awareness Campaign.
This is for the development of Stroke Awareness Projcet- Marketing Materials. This includes Design and Print Production, Radio production, Commerical Spots, Photograpy and Videography.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for contracts between the State and governments 30 ILCS 500/1-10 (b)(1) This is funded by an Intergovernment Agreement with the Illiois Department of Public Health naming Bionic Content LLC as the subcontractor.
