Bass-Schuler Entertainment, Artistic Performance at Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA), on October 31, 2013 provided by the Campus Activities Board for all IMSA students.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because
the procurement expenditures are necessary to provide artistic or musical services, performances, or productions held at a venue operated by a public institution of higher education.
