The University awarded a contract for Men's Basketball Tournament guarantee for a tournament to be played in November 2020.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education.
