The University of Illinois System ("University") seeks to retain the expertise of consultants ("Vendors") as needed for strategic and financial planning, and other related projects. It is anticipated that multiple awards will result from this RFP. The initial term will begin on or about August 1, 2018 and end June 30, 2021 with the option to renew for two (2) additional three-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. There is no guarantee of maximum utilization or expenditure with any successful respondent during the contract period.

There will be a pre-proposal conference. Participation is not required; however, it is strongly recommended. Further information is provided in Section 1.5 of the solicitation document.
