The University awarded a contract for Study Abroad Program to Mexico.
Purchase Study Abroad Program for the Summer 2015 student trip exclusively paid for by enrolled students. If minimum enrollment is not met, then the trip is cancelled. Vendor will provide services such as orientation, cultural experience and health/safety aspects.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
