The University awarded a contract for Study Abroad to Siena, Italy.
Study Abroad Summer Program trip exclusively paid for by students registered. If minimum enrollments are not met, then the Study Abroad Program trip is cancelled. Vendor will pick up students from the Rome airport and provide study abroad program and cultural experience.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
