Project Description
9,150 square feet interior renovation of an existing 1970's building containing classrooms, office and clinical space. The building is believed to be of Construction Type II B with a Group B Business Occupancy according to the 2009 International Building Code. The renovation will include selective demolition, asbestos abatement, and new interior construction. The occupancy of the building will not change. The building will be partially occupied during construction necessitating the contractor to develop a comprehensive phasing plan.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Room 113, Speech & Hearing Building, 901 South Sixth Street, Champaign, Illinois 61820 on 01/19/18 at 1:00 PM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
