Project Description
Extension of fire sprinkler system to cover full basement area; corridors of the first floor area and specific classrooms on the first floor. Renovation of existing ceilings and lighting where impacted by sprinkler work. Renovation of six (6) classrooms and two (2) toilet rooms on the first floor. Relocation of BSW space on the first floor. Repair sound attenuation issues in rooms 141 and 151 associated with ventilation system. Replacement and upgrades of mechanical systems (AHUs) located in the basement. Work includes selective demolition, architectural, plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical (including IT/AV), sprinkler work and ACM removal. Note that sprinkler scope and ACM removal shall be part of the General Trades Contract.
