Project Description
The project work includes architectural, mechanical and a/v upgrades to the existing rooms on the second floor of Loomis Laboratory. Architectural work includes demolition of interior walls, doors, frames, door hardware and asbestos floor tile. New work includes new walls, doors, windows, door hardware, a folding moveable partition wall, finishes, break room cabinetry, vinyl flooring and static dissipative tile. HVAC remodeling will include reworking existing ducts and adding new to provide heating and cooling to the new spaces. Sprinklers will be modified/extended into the remodeled spaces. AV work will include new projection screens and projectors, podiums and a sound system for the new classrooms.
