Project Description
The project consists of the renovation and remodeling of twelve one- and two-bedroom apartment units including: selective demolition of existing and new general, plumbing, HVAC and electrical materials, systems and equipment; new interior finishes; replacement of existing windows; replacement of doors and associated hardware; improvement to the appearance of entrances; mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades compliant with current codes; replacement of furnaces with the new units including AC coil/condenser; upgraded electrical service; installation of Owner supplied appliances; and asbestos and lead abatement. The scope also includes adding insulation along the interior face of exterior walls; the replacement of the roof including adding insulation to the roof; and updating the hardscape.
