Project Description
The project will include demolition of the existing 2-story plus basement structure and constructing a new facility on the current site. This new building will be 2 stories, plus a partial lower level, at 8,235 gross square feet (6,362 net assignable square feet), with an efficiency ratio of 77%. The program includes offices and related work areas to properly serve the unit?s core mission, as well as additional program support spaces in the form of a conference room, light commercial kitchen, music/dance studio, recording room, computer lab, multi-purpose room and a lounge. Many of the programmed spaces are to receive audio visual amenities. Site work, landscaping, storm water management and utility infrastructure will also be included as part of this comprehensive effort.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Asian American Cultural Center - Multipurpose Room, 1210 West Nevada, Urbana, IL 61801 on 09/27/17 at 10:00 AM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.

This Project is located at: 1212 West Nevada, Urbana, Illinois 61801, (NE corner of Mathews and Nevada).
