Project Description
The project consists of the renovation of approximately 6,400 SF of existing first floor library/lounge/office space. Adjacent spaces/corridors will be modified to allow utilities/services to support the renovation. Renovated spaces on the first floor will include demolition, abatement, floors, ceilings, painting, audiovisual systems, ventilation, piping, electrical, plumbing, FP, controls, furniture and other associated work. Work will be performed in one overall phase with phasing of utilities/systems adjacent to work as required to occupy building. Adjacent spaces/labs in the building will be occupied throughout the construction period.
This Project is located at: Medical Sciences Building; 506 South Mathews Avenue, Third Floor, Urbana, Illinois 61801.
