Project Description
Provision of new building wide fire protection system (sprinklers), modernization of the fire alarm system and interior renovation of lecture hall room 141. Scope also includes interior renovation of Suite 050 for creation of new pump room and office reconfiguration. The work includes selective demolition, site improvements, architectural, fire protection, plumbing, heating/TC, ventilation, electrical, fire alarm and environmental remediation work throughout the entire building.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held through a virtual Zoom meeting; to join by telephone dial 312.626.6799, Meeting ID: 975 7261 1856, Password: 1867 on 10/27/20 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time.Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answerquestions regarding the project and bidding procedures.
