Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Armory - CITL Renovation. This project will renovate office and classroom spaces in the Armory for the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL) program. The scope of work will include exterior renovation work to the northeast quadrant of the building including tuck-pointing, parapet, roof repair, and window replacement. First floor spaces along the north perimeter of the building will be renovated to provide office and collaborative work areas. First floor spaces along the main east corridor will be re-purposed to provide innovative and flexible classrooms.
