Facilities & Services (F&S) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign wishes to engage the services of a professional service consultant with significant expertise and experience in change management. The consultant will create an adaptable change management framework for F&S leadership that fosters acceptance and implementation of initiatives by all staff that responds to the following major goals: operational effectiveness, mission alignment, customer focus, organizational adaptability and cultural acceptance.
