Project Description
The scope of work is included in the Urban Resource, Inc.'s drawings. Specifications consist of the replacement of 79 double sink vanities and 158 window sills in each dorm bathroom. Verifi�cation of quantities is the General Contractor's responsibility. The scope of work is also included in EME, LLC's drawings and specifications consist of the re-placement of the rooftop exhaust fans, a new make-up air unit, and the replacement of the individual fans and their operation in each dorm bathroom.The general contractor is responsible for the work in both Urban Resource, Inc.'s and EME, LLC's drawings and any additional work or repairs required due to the replacement of the vaninties, windowsills, bathroom exhaust fans and the replacement of the rooftop exhaust fan.
