Project Description This project involves architectural and engineering services for conversion, alteration and renovation of Douglas Hall, (formerly Douglas Library), third floor of approximately 56,000 square foot (gross) into a Chicago State University College of Pharmacy facility. Work to demolish, convert, alteration and renovate the interior space are anticipated. Upgrades to building mechanical and electrical systems are required with specific attention to energy efficiencies and accessibility compliance required.
