The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from a qualified individual to provide Surveillance Camera Specifications to Chicago State University for a twelve month period beginning July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, with the University's option to renew for an additional four (4) one year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. Maximum term of this contract is five years. The services of the contractor is needed to provide a PC/Internet control and monitoring (remote live access surveillance system) for the Residence Hall facility.
There will be a mandatory pre bid conference, any vendor wishing to bid on this project must attend the conference. Date: Thursday April 2, 2009 Time: 10:00 am. Location: Chicago State University, Student Union Building rm171.

This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
