The University awarded a contract for Right Answers, Inc. to Right Answers, Inc., Woburn, MA, for $59,050.
Right Answers Knowledgebase will provide a platform for improving technology support to students, faculty and staff because it is web based and available from off campus 24 hours/day, 7 days per week. Enabling our system users to employ self-service access to answer their most common or frequently asked questions will allow technical support staff to be more productive and responsive in addressing more difficult or unusual issues/problems. The application also provides a platform for the posting of CSU specific information concerning our internal policies/procedures and can be utilized for the dissemination of University employee training content.
