The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from a qualified individual to provide Federal Congressional Relations Services to Chicago State University for a sixty month period beginning January 2, 2010 through December 31, 2015, based on satisfactory performance, continuing need, and availability of funds. The services of the contractor (federal congressional relations liaison) is needed to represent the interests of (University) to members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation and selected members of the Black Caucus and other Federal government administrators.
