The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from a full-service, strategic communications firm, in developing, refining, and implementing a comprehensive Marketing, Communication and Public Relation strategy for Chicago State University. Services are to begin March 2010 through February 28, 2011, with the Universityâs option to renew for additional months at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need, and availability of funds.
Pre-proposal Questions are due Date February 22, 2010. Answers to the questions will be available electronically on February 24, 2010.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
