The Chicago State University (CSU) is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance, repair, and MAC (move, add and change) services and an on-site technician. The on-site technician position shall be manned at Chicago State University three days per week. CSU is seeking for a five year, (beginning October 1, 2010 to June 30, 2016) maintenance agreement that covers adds/moves/changes, repairs, and adjunct services connecting to the telephone system.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
