Chicago State University (CSU) is seeking an IFB for the maintenance and repair, of its Nortel Option 81 system, two remote key systems, adjunct related hardware and software. In addition, the bid is to include an on-site technician three days per week to perform adds/moves/changes (MAC) for telephone services, voice mail and telephony adjunct support for the campus community. All vendors who wish to bid on State of Illinois public university contracts must: Be a legal entity authorized to do business in Illinois in conformance with the Illinois Secretary of State, Register with the Illinois State Board of Elections and Hold a current Bidder Eligibility Number from the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR).

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
