QBS for the bathrooms at Chicago State University, 9501 South King Drive will conduct a site visit on Wednesday, October 27th, at 11:00a.m., in the Physical Plant Conference Room (O & M 102). At that time, we will tour the bathrooms in the BHS building and the New Academic Library.

Project Description
Chicago State University is seeking an architectural firm for architectural/engineering services related to the renovation of three restrooms in the Business and Health Science Center on the third and fifth floors as well as addressing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) restroom doors in the New Academic Library. This project envisions the renovation of three existing restrooms in the Business Health and Sciences Building at Chicago State University @ 9501 S. King Drive in Chicago, Illinois. Scope of work is limited to design and schematics for the restrooms that need to be complete by January 15, 2011. The goal is to completely renovate and make all restrooms ADA compliant along with the installation of interior signage at each location. Additionally, the scope provides for making all sixteen of the restrooms doors in the new Academic Library ADA compliant.

- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.

Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
