The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from a qualified firms or individuals to provide State Governmental Services to Chicago State University for a seven month period beginning November 15, 2011 through June 30, 2012 with the option to renew for two, nine month periods, availability of funds. The services of a contractor (State Governmental Liaison) are needed to represent the interests of Chicago State University to Selected members of Black Caucus and other governmental agencies located in Illinois.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
