Wood Trim at Ceiling -Provide and Install matching wood trim at the perimeter of the ceiling to bridge the gap between the existing ceiling and walls.
Install support framing for drop ceiling in women's third floor restroom, provide and install the additional framing required to suspend the ceiling. After the lighting fixtures were installed, the existing framing was inadequate to support the ceiling. Remove eight new toilet paper dispensers and reinstall eight existing toilet paper dispensers. Add manual override flush buttons to urinals in both men restrooms which includes installing manual override buttons in place of the fully automatic flushers in the 5th floor. Also includes removing the existing fully automatic flushers and retrofitting them for manual override buttons, and reinstalling in the completed third floor restroom.

The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
