The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms for a telephony system upgrade to a Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) solution with related hardware and provide maintenance, support, and training during the term of the contract. This RFP has a 20% BEP goal. Please see section 1.11 for details prior to bid submission.

Submit 1 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
