for prefabricated portable steel parking booths (Bid # 21007). The vendor will provide all labor, equipment, electrical service supply, connections and materials to furnish and install curve view prefabricated portable steel buildings, which will include removing and disposal of existing booths and bollards.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2001 at 10:00 A.M. in the Physical Plant Building, Room 102 at Chicago State University, 9501 S. King Drive, Chicago, IL. 60628.
