for master maintenance for telecommunication at CSU .
The Chicago State University is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance, repair, and MAC (move, add and change) services and an on-site technician. The on-site technician position shall be manned at Chicago State University three days per week the first three years of the contract and two days per week the remainder term of the contract performing the services as mentioned.
The contract coverage will commence November, 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 and continue the next four years, to terminate at the end of CSU fiscal period in 2009. Unless otherwise specified, the vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and services.

Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A NDOR conference will be held on September 21, 2004 at 11:30 a.m.on the Chicago State University Campus 9501 S. King Drive, in the Cook Administration Bldg, Room 301 at Chicago, Illinois.
