Addendum #4 is posted to provide meeting / call-in info for the public RFP opening scheduled for 3pm CST today, November 12, 2020. This addendum is informational only and vendors' acknowledgement does not need to be submitted with proposals.
Addendum #3 is posted to provide responses to vendor questions, to remind vendors of submission requirements, and to provide a photo of a concession area at the CSU arena. The pre-submission conference check in sheet has also been posted to this notice.
Addendum #2 is posted to remind prospective vendors that there is a mandatory pre-submission site visit Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 10am local time, and to share additional parking and meeting details. Masks and social distancing are required to attend the site visit. Attending the site visit and signing the sign in sheet are required to make a proposal.
Addendum #1 has been attached to the notice highlighting BEP, IPG and Form B requirements, and reminding vendors that there is a mandatory pre-submission meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 10am local time.

Chicago State University invites proposals from qualified, responsive, responsible vendors to address Food Service Management for the campus located at the intersection of 95th Street and S. King Drive in Chicago, IL.
Proposals will be submitted only via e-bidding. Any prospective vendor MUST be registered through the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) with an active, unexpired certification. See attached document that contains additional e-bidding instructions.
Vendors MUST submit a Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Utilization Plan demonstrating their ability to meet the 20% mandated BEP goal, or must provide sufficient documented evidence to support any claim for a waiver of the goal. Proposals that do not comply with this requirement will be disqualified.
