Project Description
The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University requests submission of qualifications from interested design firms to develop a Campus Landscape Improvement Program for the Eastern Illinois University Campus. This will be a multi-project contract due to participation by three University units. The design contract period may extend over multiple fiscal years. The project scopes may vary in complexity and value.

The successful design firm will consist of experienced and talented architects knowledgeable in landscape design to include planting materials and paving surface installation and maintenance. The University will use a structured process to select the design firm as well as oversee the design effort.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
  • Submitted 2 copies of their qualifications.
  • Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
  • Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
  • Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
