The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for packaged beverages, beverage vending and beverage dispensing services for the campus. Questions are due no later than 5/11/18. Sealed proposals are due no later than 5/22/18 at 2:00pm. (It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure successful delivery of sealed proposals)There is an optional pre bid conference call on 5/8/18 at 10:00am CST. Submit 8 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
