Eastern Illinois University is seeking a vendor to provide voice integration services for an existing Microsoft Teams tenant that will replace the current Centrex campus telephone service. The university prefers a vendor offering a turnkey solution and capable of providing ongoing phone system support/maintenance.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
