Eastern Illinois University is seeking proposals for a Telecommunications Monderization Strategy. This proposal covers voice, video, and long distance service for both the adminstrative and residential portions of the campus.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on October 3, 2006. The conference will be held in the Arcola-Tuscola Room in the University Union. The conference will start at 9:00 A.M. There will be an equipment room walk-through immediately following the pre-proposal conference.

Submit 14 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
