Project Description
The Board of Trustees of Illinois University requests submission of qualifications from interested architects/engineers to design a new textbook rental facility to replace the current facility and renovation of the current facility to house the Honors program and new Nursing program. EIU is one of only a few universities that provide a textbook rental program for students. The current facility does not provide convenient access for delivery of new products and creates traffic issues during the beginning and end of each semester. In many respects the facility will be very similar to a library facility. The construction budget for this project will be $2,400,000.
