The scope of work for this project includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure and appurtenances, construction of a new concrete access to 9th Street, installation of storm sewer, the placement of aggregate base course with bituminous concrete overlay, combination concrete curb and gutter (removal and replacement), concrete sidewalk (removal and replacement), bituminous concrete overlay, earth excavation and embankment, paint striping, parking blocks and other work as listed in the plans and specifications.
