The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide green woodchip biomass boiler fuel and deliver the biomass fuel to the Renewable Energy Center.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 12, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in the Arcola-Tuscola Room, Martin Luther King Student Union. All prospective respondents are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting as there shall be a site visit to the Renewable Energy Center.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
