The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University (“EIU”) is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to provide comprehensive enrollment management services that will enable them to strategically increase enrollment, particularly at the undergraduate level; to develop a more cohesive and coordinated approach to enrollment management that will ensure the institution meets the expectations of prospective and current students; and to concomitantly improve retention and graduation rates.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
