Eastern Illinois University is accepting bids for furniture for the Doudna Fine Arts Building. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all specified furniture items in this bidding package which includes loose performing stage seating, lounge furniture, presentation rail systems, display units, coat racks and portable seating platform and railing system.
Drawings and specifications for this project may be downloaded from Cannon Design's ftp site. Please contact Tat Shiu by e-mail address for drawings and specification download instructions. Bidders are responsible for the cost of printing the drawings and specifications.
Coat racks shall be removed from all rooms except for the following: 2212, 2214, 2216, 2218, 2224, 2226, 2228, 2229, 2679, 2677, 2670, 2627, and 2629. This leaves a total of 13 coat racks on the bid.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
