Eastern Illinois University is accepting bids for signage for the new Doudna Fine Arts Building. The scope of work includes furnishing, installing and final connection of building directories at two entrance locations, way-finding directional signs at major locations, room signs for all offices and classrooms, large scale graphics for specified locations, artwork display cable system, and projectors for projection images in various locations. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2008. Time and location is included in the specfication document.
Vendors shall contact Tat Shiu by e-mail at tshiu@cannondesign.com for drawings and specification download instructions. Bidders are responsible for the cost of printing the drawings and specifications.
