Eastern Illinois University is seeking bids for an upholstery service contract for the Residence Halls, University Apartments, University Court and Greek Court for a period of one year with the University's option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The original agreement shall be for the time period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. Please bid hourly charge for service.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
