for entrance door replacement. The vendor will replace entrance doors at five different locations on Eastern Illinois University campus. Please see the specifications as they are contained in the bid document.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at 10:00 am at Facilities Planning and Management located on University Drive and Hayes in Charleston.
