Eastern Illinois University is seeking the submission of qualifications and proposals from interested energy services companies (ESCos) which are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy related capital improvement services on campus.
There is a mandatory site visit between August 7 and August 25, 2000. Upon request, the University will arrange a walk-through inspection tour of the buildings described in Attachment II of the RFP. To make arrangements for a walk-through inspection tour, contact:
