for elevator maintenance. This contract will include servicing all elevators on campus on a regular schedule with repairs being made as required to maintain elevators in a safe operating condition. This is a one-year contract with the University's option to renew the contract for five additional one-year terms.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A pre-bid inspection is scheduled for May 17, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. All interested parties are to meet at the Facilities Planning and Management Office at the corner of University Drive and Hayes Street ready to begin inspection.
