Eastern Illinois University is seeking Proposals from qualified companies to be a "Prime Vendor" to provide food and non-edible food items for our Residence Hall Dining Services, Food Court,and Panther Catering services.

EIU Dining Services includes, but is not restricted to four residence hall dining centers (Carman, Stevenson Tower, Taylor and Thomas), the Food Court Operations in the University Union, and University Catering. Collectively, Panther Dining areas serve approximately 6,000 plus meals per day. Not only does Dining Services provide meals for residence hall occupants, but they also serve meals to any student, visitor, faculty, and staff that may want to purchase meal plans.
