for newspapers. Eastern Illinois University is seeking bids for the delivery of the Chicago Tribune, St. Louis Post Dispatch and USA Today newspapers (selected via student survey) by one vendor. Papers are to be delivered five days per week, Monday through Friday to all ten residence halls by 7:00 A.M. each morning. The vendor shall provide containers for display and distribution, as well as provide containers for recycle of newspapers.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
