The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative is soliciting proposals from prospective banking/financial entities who specialize in providing procurement card services. Six of the thirteen IPHEC member campuses will initially be participating in the procurement card services contract. The combined spend of the six participating IPHEC members is approximately $50 million, but this is increasing each year. It is anticipated that additional IPHEC members will use this contract in the future, thereby increasing the combined spend.

Submit 7 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
